What Is Included: A Closer Look
What is included in the Pahi Coastal Walk covers almost everything you need for three days on the track: your accommodation, your meals, your pack cartage and the shuttle between Colville and Port Jackson.
The only things you'll need to bring are your own clothing, personal gear and a few extras, which you can find listed on our What To Bring page before you set off.

Your two nights' accommodation is split between the Pahi Retreat and the Shearer's Quarters, with home-cooked dinner, dessert and breakfast provided along the way, plus plenty of baking and fresh fruit to keep you going between meals.
Secure car parking is provided in Colville for the length of your walk, and the return shuttle takes care of getting you between Colville and Port Jackson at the start and end of your trip, so your car is right where you left it when you get back.
Once you're on the track, pack cartage means you're not carrying your overnight bag between accommodation each day, and the track guidelines and maps we provide help you know what to expect on each of the three days.
Over the three days, you'll cover 22 to 34 kilometres of private farmland and coastal track, circumnavigating the northern tip of the Coromandel Peninsula. Only moderate fitness is required, and you're welcome to walk at your own pace.
Meals are timed around each day's walk: a hearty breakfast before you set off, baking and fruit to keep you going along the track, and a home-cooked dinner waiting for you once you reach your accommodation for the night.
