- Drink bottle (at least 3 litres)

- Lunch for day 1
- Sleeping bag
- Beach Towel (we provide bath towels)
- Refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, we will chill these for you. Bring cans over glass bottles if possible)
- Binoculars (optional)
- Day Pack (big enough to carry lunch, water, jacket)
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Warm clothes for walking
- Medication
- Phone charger
- Day pack
- Personal locator beacon (optional)
- Walking poles (recommended)
- Swimwear
- Wet weather protection
- Walking boots or trail shoes (needs tread)
- Numerous pairs of socks (the track can get muddy in places)
- Shoes to wear at the accommodation post walk
- Toiletries
- Gluten and Dairy free – please bring your own bread and milk alternative.
- Vegan – as above and bring snacks for walking
