What to bring

  • Drink bottle (at least 3 litres)
  • Lunchbox
  • Lunch for day 1
  • Sleeping bag 
  • Beach Towel (we provide bath towels)
  • Refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, we will chill these for you.  Bring cans over glass bottles if possible)
  • Binoculars (optional)
  • Day Pack (big enough to carry lunch, water, jacket)
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat
  • Warm clothes for walking
  • Medication
  • Phone charger
  • Day pack
  • Personal locator beacon (optional)
  • Walking poles (recommended)
  • Swimwear 
  • Wet weather protection
  • Walking boots or trail shoes (needs tread)
  • Numerous pairs of socks (the track can get muddy in places)
  • Shoes to wear at the accommodation post walk
  • Toiletries 
  • Gluten and Dairy free – please bring your own bread and milk alternative.  
  • Vegan – as above and bring snacks for walking
